  1. tristard:
already preordered both editions in june 2011. still wondering what kind of figurine is included

  2. Cosmic_Link:
Really enjoyed the first Risen, so will be looking at getting this. ^o^

  3. gurpswoo1:
I thought Risen was PC exclusive, must have missed that one.

  4. surfdude73:
Looks nice, Link above brings up PC version only

  5. tallkid123:
Banned in my country for obscure drug references apparently.
I have a copy. Played it for an hour and can only remember being spat out of the ocean by a sea serpent and flying 1000km in the sky due to some ridiculous combat bug...

  6. gurpswoo1:
LOL this gets banned but GTA gets through. Obviously it's down to how much pressure and influence a publisher can exert on the certification board.

    What a joke

  7. vhal_x:
This is now available for preorder at HMV xx

  8. gurpswoo1:
Just noticed it's up for pre-order at the Hut group for £39.99 and at play.com for £70.

  9. Matrix6:
So this is banned in Australia eh?

Chuck another game on the B(anned)BQ

I don't even know anything about the game, I'll have to check it out.
And that "strange edition" from amazon I'm curious to know as well.
    I found this on google though [for 1st Risen game], looks weird as well;

Cheers for that! Who would you recommend to order from though? o.0 Never ordered with the hut and people seem to have received poorly packed parcels from Zavvi...

Also, do they take the money for preorders, straight away or before they dispatch?

  11. Matrix6:
TheHut is the cousin company of Zavvi

  12. Cosmic_Link:
lol Fair enough. I didn't know! So what are you saying? The packing is equally as bad for both? lol

It says it at the bottom of the page too! XD Feel like a right dumbass!! XD

  13. gurpswoo1:
If money is not an issue, Amazon is your best bet.

As matrix said, Zavvi and the hut are the same company. The £12 saving over Amazon however has made the choice harder. Personally I would go with the Hut and risk it if your in UK. if outside avoid them if possible.

I can't imagine this one selling out though, The game is completely unheard of in the UK for consoles anyway.

  14. Matrix6:
I haven't really had a horrifying experience with Zavvi myself, but I'm reluctant in ordering heavy CE's from them since the MGS debacle I normally receive my CE's from them in cardboard boxes in the past...haven't ordered anything big from them in a while.

As for thehut, I've mainly order standard size games and clothing...several items of my orders never turned up [to which I got a refund] and many took literally a month of more to arrive!

Thanks guys! ^o^ I went for Zavvi in the end. I'll take my chances with it and if it comes damaged, I'll just kick up a fuss with them. As you said, it's not likely to be a sell out so they might have extras and exchange it for meh! lol

Unfortunately money is a bit of an issue at the moment, but hopefully won't be come the release of this. We'll see! lol

I loved the first Risen and I'm glad there's a console CE for it! ^o^

Btw, Amazon is showing as 69.99... o.0

LOL - It looks like Amazon has corrected the price to RRP.

If anyone wants this edition I can't imagine the hut keeping the price the same for long, It's likely a mis-price.

  17. vhal_x:
I changed my preorder from HMV to Zavvi, since it's £15 cheaper, and I'm usually lucky with my packages from Zavvi... Let's hope that stays the same! xx

  18. Matrix6:
lol, I just noticed that Zavvi/thehut has altered their price to £69.99 from £39.95 [I'm guessing they originally erroneously priced it??] Well done to those who got it cheaper!

  19. gurpswoo1:
I just found that the X360 version is mis-prices at Sendit for just £38.89

    http://www.sendit.com/games/platform.../10590744.html

    Sadly PS3 version is £70.
