I've sold a complete and mint copy for 80 USD before but that one was truly complete

Came with game disc, soundtrack disc, soundtrack listing (piece of paper), game manual, steelbook, plastic sleeve, 2 Naruto cards sealed together, and a numbered Laser Art cell that originally came in a plastic wrap

Think that was everything

I put the value of a complete and mint one at around 60 USD or so if not 70 USD

What's all included?

If it's only the steelbook then it depends heavily on condition

I would say anything over 30 USD for the steelbook is really pushing it

Probably 20 - 25 USD is a good price

I asked about the value long time back, because I might had a chance to get 1.. And back then only got told like 30-40$.. But like not really been on ebay on anything..

Hard to say what the value should be... Some maybe will like only pay 50$ for it, while some maybe pay 500 dollars.. Hard to say.. Like if you want most value out of it you should get it on ebay and start either a low price and just let there be some bidding war else make a high price and so people can offer..

Ummm...depending how may you have you might be suprised. Last lot i saw went for US$1800 for 114 games in their cases. Now wether this sale goes through i dont know. Seller did have another bundle of 73 Turbo Grafix games with console & that sold(was paid for) for US$1200. So,you might be suprised what they can go for. Some games are worth more than others as well such as Michael Jacksons Moonwalker. Wether theres a major price difference between NTSC & PAL,i am not sure

Actually I disagree. It's one of the less interesting press kits I have. It's no big deal at all, and certainly not worth lots of money considering the quality and the contents. But nowadays people sell their soul to get whatever they want. That's just my opinion.

The Last of Us is much better than the AC book and currently worth much more. Right now there are many for sale because the prices are high and most people prefer to sell, but with time it will eventually become less common. I would go with that.

I was under the impression that the infamous 1 Press kits were numbered differently based on region

Regular english copy is out of 2800 but I thought the italian or spanish copies were out of 2600 or so

It's been a while since I've looked at pics of different language editions

The DLC code was already expired by the time I bought it. It is still sealed, hasn't been opened yet. (The raindrop effect is really cool)

I also have the chance to buy brand new Mafia 2 Collector's UK (PS3) for 25€ and Max Payne 3 Special Edition (PS3) for 40€ (both sealed ofc). Was wondering whether it would be a good investment, I already played the games. Thanks.

There is an actual form of logic behind it

It's been awhile since I looked it up but it has to do with some physiological effect

Likely similar in nature to the economic problem, market for lemons

In essence the higher price is a signal to buyers that this item must in fact be rare and highly desirable

They still sell the SE here in Spain...for about 20 Euros...they were selling that crap out til the end of stock.

The only difference is that inside the SE there's some kind of black cardboard sleeve with the ULC and to put the game inside....

And don't, boxes doesn't comes marked couse the box is no sealed anyhow, no celo, nothing...

So, the only way you can see, what platform are you buying, is looking at the cardboard sleeve size inside the SE box, so you know that is for ps3 or xbox.

That's the main difference...nothing else...

Well, it's a cardboard box that is 5x the size of the actual game case (same front and back of the game case)

Yes technically it does decrease the value a bit

But if it's just the steelbook (no game included) then it doesn't decrease it that that much

There are some steelbooks where opening it could decrease the value by quite a bit though

They were selling for $100-$120, not sure what it would go for right now. Probably could still get $80 for it, not really "worth" that much IMO but that is what they go for.

AC1 Art Book new you could look at 60-80 Euros during an Assassins Creed release hype...at the moment I would say 35-45 Euros. Shelf wear will definitely affect the price at least a 10-15 Euros off the above.

Id still take it lol, history of an item is an interesting thing, i have games with unmailed warranty cards filled or reciepts people forgot about.. No hidden cash yet though
