It can go both ways.
Many people only collect offical products, so it has no value for them.
Others dont care and will happily pay good money for something so exclusive from a franchise they collect.

Maybe put it on auction, starting with the price you paid and see how it goes?

I would say the Statue is worth around 600 €. I sold my Prestige Edition this year for 800 €. On Ebay in the USA it goes for around 500-600 $.

I was checking out what the LE was going for on ebay recently, which was between 120 and 150 GBP but nothing sold. So I'd guess the value of the LE sealed to be at around 100 GBP and just the figure with box opened being worth around half that?

Not really after a value for this, just wondering if anybody might have info that they can provide about it. It’s a Professor Layton and Pandora’s Box wooden Box It’s large enough to hold 4x Euro DS Game cases and has red lining in the base. Came with a sealed copy of Pandora’s box when I acquired it, if I remember rightly. The box with the 3x games in was the Club Nintendo Bonus for registering all 3x Layton Games in Europe, but don’t know where the Wooden box originated from. Have had it sometime and the original owner didn’t have any info about it’s origin for me, so was wondering whether anybody here might have seen one. :shrug:

The sleeve was an item which I had originally and only included it in the photos for reference. I came across the wooden box when I was looking for sealed copies of the games to put inside the sleeve... :rotf: Like I said, the box was purchased with a sealed copy of Pandora's box when I bought it Second hand and didn't include anything else with it. :shrug:

Could be unofficial or fan-made, but I don't know. The logo is is not "printed" on the box... :shrug: Have taken a close-up below so you can get what I mean. There are also no other identifying markings on or inside the box.

About the Uncharted 3... the belgium normally goes for more than the Italia Blockbuster exclusive and that one normally goes for around 150/200€, so i would say, 200/300?

There is a small damage to the cardboard in the front (sorry for a bad photo it was the best i had right now).

I belive there is 100 worldwide (unconfirmed).

- Scalextric car
Not familiar with these at all. Big factor here is if the car has a specialty paint job or packaging exclusively just for this press kit. If not, new sealed Scalextric cars on Ebay.co.uk have recently sold for anywhere betwee 15 and 83 GBP.

- Drive 2 (PS1 game, European release)
New sealed copies of the European release are not as in demand as the U.S. release it seems. 80 GBP seems the top end price anyone has paid as of late.

- Driver 2 guide book.
Worth about as much as the postage apparently, let's call it 10 GBP.

The you have the Press kit box and press materials, all of which we're assuming only one hundred copies of were ever made, which sounds reasonable to assume. So again assuming that the Scalextric car isn't a unique varient I think the European & British collective market I think you may only be looking at something in the range of 400 - 600 GBP, if you catch the eye of the right buyer, that being a fan of the Driver franchise.

Now going back to that Scalextric, if that is something special and unique to these press kits, that blows that price range wide open. There is very clearly a large collector's market just for Scalextric vehicles, and I saw some wild sold prices for special edition vehicles when I was looking up what they were on Ebay a few minutes ago. If the car is something special you will very likely attract interest from hardcore Scalextric collector's, in which case the top end of this kit could perceivable go to 700 or more.

I'm not even factoring the U.S. or Canadian markets in on this price guessing as the shipping rates to send packages between European nations and North America have soared to levels far exceeding sane reasoning. So even with a clearly larger Driver fanbase in North America, the combination of the current monetary exchange rate and international shipping would stop most fans from even considering such a purchase.

The things outside the presskit there(game+book) was just some free stuff added when i bought it, the box itself is sealed with the press disc ++ inside.

I paid under £300 for it a few years ago if i remember correctly on a fb auction but that was a bargain.

Always been tempted to open it to actually figure out the contents(but i wont) i have tried finding images of the contents.

To be fair 3/4 custom controllers alone are easily worth 300 euro so I would say 500 is not far off for a fan collector. But you are right the demand would be somewhat low but still enough for this to hold decent value I bet.

It might be a good idea to wait for Anthem Next. Then the game will get media attention again and possibly some interested players as well. Perhaps Anthem Next will even manage to really take off. Who knows?

You and I have a totally different view of "easily shipped".

Here is the quote from the Dark Souls link you gave: "Due to it´s weight and size, the item will ship in 3 boxes on pallet (Total weight: 120 kgs)."

If that sounds easy to you then fair enough to each their own... buuuut I would argue that is, comparatively so, not easy at all. But in comparison to if someone was assuming shipping it full size in one piece I agree that is much easier then that incorrect assumption.

Hi, I have a Horizon Zero Dawn Press Kit in my possession that I was gifted by a member of the team that produced them. What makes this so hard to price is that it isn't numbered like the others and just has a blank space/2181. It also doesn't come with the disc that is usually provided in these kits from what I've seen online so I understand that will probably harm the value a bit.

Does anyone have any idea what this would be worth. I'm guessing it'll mostly be an item thats worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it, but any info or input would be greatly appreciated!
