The Slimer Edition of Ghostbusters The Video Game did not come in a box, rather it was the regular edition game bundled with a number of game related bonus items. In addition to the game the following were included:
- An exclusive Slimer bust designed and created by the original movie sculptor, Steve Johnson. Comes complete with a certificate of authenticity signed by the sculptor himself
- Exclusive Ghostbusters Minimates. Only be available with the Slimer Edition.
- Exclusive Ghostbusters Gamer Graffix Console Skins.
- Exclusive Ecto 1 Key Chain with lights and sound.
Production:
The Slimer Sculpture included with this edition includes a signed certificate of authenticity stating that only 6500 of the sculptures were produced; it stands to reason that only 6500 Slimer Editions were made across all consoles.

Wow - this looks like a really nice edition. wish they had this in PAL regions aswell.

The statue is super high quality... seriously it's the kind of quality you'd expect to get if you spent $100 on the statue alone.
the biggest shame of this CE is that it never had a box that encompassed the whole edition.. had they just made a nice big cardboard box to hold everything together I think this edition would be worth twice as much to collectors, easily.
it's probably one of the more RARE editions with only 6500 having been produced.
