The Limited Edition of “The Last Story” comes in large cardbaord box and contains the following:

  • Exclusive Steelbook
  • Soundtrack sample CD  – 7 Tracks  – (part of the “Elements of Last Story”)
  • Mini Artbook  (part of the “Elements of Last Story”)

Additional info:
The  “Elements of the Last Story” is a pre-order pack included with every copy of the game in Japan. The European version is a translated version and included in the box, where as it was a separate item in Japan.

    This store is from Switzerland, in fact I found this edition in another one from Switzerland. I wonder where they get this information... Doesn't matter, already preordered.

    It will not. There is a chance it will work on Wii U though when it is connected through HDMI.

    It's the same pack that was being added to pre-orders in Japan, I wonder if it's gona get some special packing here or they will just add it loosely with the game (like in JP).

    The Blue Pre-order pack from Japan is called "Elements of the Last Story".

    It is a separate Bonus for pre-ordering the game.

    It includes a Soundtrack CD with 7 select tracks from the Original 42 song soundtrack.
    Also included is a mini artbook.

    There is no steelbook from the Japan release, there was however a very nice Slip cover.

    It seems that this edition is gone in Switzerland. I couldn't find it anymore, my preorder was cancelled without notice.

    the european picture shows no controller, but a biege colored steelbook, a standard game, a soundtrack cd, and a small artbook...the all blue color one appears as a japan exclusive whereas this brown box is in europe, too bad it's region locked, but again no controller.
