The Gold Edition of Resident Evil 5 comes in a standard keep case with a gold foil slip cover and includes a special game disc with the following additional content:

You know. It'd be nice if the info for the Gold Edition was specific about whether or not DLC was on the disc or just codes to redeem. It makes a difference to some of us.
I took the pictures of 360 gold edition using a copy owned by a friend. I'm fairly certain that the DLC was a code included on a card in the case and NOT on the disc. The last picture (which shows a content card next to the disc) seem to confirm this, though as I'm not the one who redeemed the code I can't say for sure what was on it.
it's pretty rare these days that DLC is included on a disc.
I can confirm as I own both copies.
