Killzone Visual Design Collectors Edition Art Book available from C&B

Cook&Becker has done it again, after all the great artworks for games such as the Last of Us, Killzone, Okami, Journey and Mass Effect they have now entered the world of art books!

Killzone 3 Helghast Edition Officially Announced

Sony has finally officially announced the Killzone 3 Helghast Edition, and released the first picture of the upcoming replica Mask. This is shaping up to be a really nice looking edition, albeit expensive at $130

Killzone 3 CE details

After yesterdays discovery that the official Killzone website let slip news of upcoming Collector’s and Limited Editions Roger Moe sent us a tip with some insider details…

The two editions are as follows

Killzone 3 Collector’s Edition:

• Steelbook Packaging
• “Blood and Thunder” DLC map pack

Killzone 3 Helghast Edition:

• Authentic Replica of Helghast Helmet/mask and Stand
• Exclusive DC Unlimited Helghast Figurine

The Helghast Edition seems like the one to get, though the SteelBook packaging for the Collector’s Edition is sure to please some. No idea what these will actually look like or how much they’ll cost. As always we’ll post more details if we get them.

Rumor: Two Killzone 3 CEs Coming?

Onisha sent us a tip that the official Killzone 3 website briefly had more than one edition listed for Killzone 3.

The images and descriptive text for all 3 versions of the game were identical, most likely placeholders. They’ve since disappeared however the “SELECT YOUR EDITION” title image still remains on the pre-order page. Killzone 3 is Scheduled for release on February 22nd, 2011.
