the link you posted simply goes to the standard edition...

It looks like the listing was pulled.

  5. web_slinger_62:

    collector's edition listed at

no other details at this time

  6. mosavon:
shame its depending on whats included off course but £60 sounds ok, maybe it'll be listed elsewhere or possibly they will release an alternative edition

  7. Gemini-Phoenix:
It doesn't state that it's a excusive though, so perhaps this will be available elsewhere? Although have previously had exclusives for past Assassin's Creed games

Alternatively, this will most likely also be available directly from the Ubisoft store if you don't want to deal with The Ubistore packaging is usually much better than that which use as well, and all my previous orders have been packaged in suitable boxes

  8. themidlandmaster:
already on the ubisoft site, same price

  9. Queen of Mudcrabs:
Hmm.... will it contain a piece of Eden?

  10. The Russian Bear:
Are we assuming that these going to be about 10 other editions like Brotherhood?

  11. themidlandmaster:
Normally there's three levels: just the game, limited special and collectors.

    For Assas 2:
    the Game
    the White edition
the Black edition/ grand master assassins edition

And a complete, all dlc version later

    the Game
    the Auditore edition
    Codex/Jack in the box edition

and a da vinci, all dlc version

  12. Gemini-Phoenix:
Yea, I think this is Ubisoft's general business model for Assassin's Creed games. A standard edition, a slightly better Limited Edition containing exclusive DLC, and then a fancy Collector's Edition, followed by an all-inclusive DLC edition six months down the line once interest in the game wanes

I reckon the same will be true for Revelations. However, I notice that the middle-tier edition seems to be missing, so perhaps this time around we will see less editions? I am hoping the Collector's Edition will live up to the standard of the Codex Edition for the previous game

  13. Venner:
Cant wait for more info on this one, will be pre-ordering as love this game.

  14. themidlandmaster:
Gemini, isn't the sixty pound edition the middle one? I thought that was more than the price for a standard version?

  15. PrestonLad:

I pre-ordered today in the UK at Not used them before but they have 20% off this week so it works out at £47.20.

  16. Javius:

    • Explore the prison of legendary Vlad the Impaler, the scourge of Constantinople who inspired the myth of Dracula. Seek out the hanging cell of the infamous leader to retrieve his personal blade, a deadly close quarters dagger capable of dispatching any foe.

    • Capacity upgrades for your hidden gun bullets, bombs & crossbow arrows to give you a decisive advantage in battle.

    • Play as two additional multiplayer characters: The Crusader & a character from Assassin’s Creed® Brotherhood revamped with a Constantinople flavour: the Ottoman Jester

    • The Armour of Brutus from Assassin’s Creed® Brotherhood

    • One exclusive customisation item

    Cost: 149.95 $ for PS3 & XBOX 360, 129.95 $ for PC

  17. Vonx:
    Wow, nice find!

However, two things irk me about ubisoft.

1: This kit doesnt really contain a lot of out of box material. An "encylopedia" is just a fancy name for an organized brochure. I wanted something more tangible and more fun to display with a bit more exclusivity.

2: Ubisoft is STILL selling the collectors edition jack in the boxes from brotherhood on the ubisoft site that you provided! that means that it was in no way exclusive and probably wont ever merit any value since its still being sold in uncountable quantities on ubisofts site.

  18. themidlandmaster:
Every edition of revleations contians something the others doesn't....

  19. themidlandmaster:
    They aren't selling Harlequin's though.
