GameStop UK have recently announced this Freedom Edition for Assassin's Creed III

Appears to include the SteelBook which was formerly available as a pre-order incentive in North America, as well as a statue, and George Washington's notebook

Unsure whether this will be a GameStop UK exclusive, or available from all retailers. No doubt it will alternatively be available direct from Ubisoft via the UbiStore, as with all previous CE's

Do urbisoft take payment straight away ? That's what I've been reading, but in their help it states payment is taken when shipped - can someone clarify please

Can't decide whether to preorder off Gamestop and stomach the extra tenner at release or just foot the whole bill now and get it off Ubishop... >.< Can't really afford it now, and dunno if I will be able to later! lol

Aw and i imported a steelbook from one of the members here. Its ok more ac is good. This edition looks amazing. Does this mean the join or die might be another eu exclusive?

Yeah, the join or die will be one of the many inevitable "exclusives" available for this game as with any other AC game! XD

No, it's just your usual inbetweener. So this year we get a Special Edition [first release standard-ish edition], 'Join or Die' [CE] and then the 1st Tier edition which is 'Freedom'. Just your typical AC editions T_T

I'm waiting on the US editions and perhaps an ultimate burger edition that will be announced mid year?!

In Spain cost 66,95.

One for xbox and one for ps3 reserved... The same as freedom edition...

Can i justify £80 on AC again. plus how big will the figure be... Dunno if i have the space. Kinda promised myself that I wouldn't buy any big CE's this year, but this is such a nice looking edition...

I just noticed that the "Join Or Die" Edition for the PC is £30 cheaper than the console versions!! 0.0 WTF!?
