Update:
Bethesda has officially announced the Imperial Edition for The Elder Scrolls Online. The Imperial Edition will be available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One in extremely limited quantity through participating retailers for $99.99 (€99.99 EUR/£89.99 GBP/$ 139.95 AUD). The Elder Scrolls Online releases on PC/Mac worldwide on Friday, April 4th and on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in June. Read the press release here.

Bethesda has yet to officially announce a collector’s edition for The Elder Scrolls Online but a user on the Amazon video games forum spotted a very peculiar image attached to the Dishonored GOTY store listing. The image shows a collector’s edition called Imperial Edition for the highly anticipated MMO, The Elder Scrolls Online. This was obviously a mistake and the photos have now been taken down but the image appears real enough.
The image features the following content for the Imperial Edition of The Elder Scrolls Online:
- Physical Content
- Collector’s Edition Box
- Steelbook Packaging
- Molag Bal Statue – A collectible 12″ statue featuring Molag Bal, Daedric Prince of domination and enslavement
- Map of Tamriel – A printed map detailing alliance-controlled zones and the ultimate conquest: Cyrodiil
- Emperor’s Guide to Tamriel – A 224-page illustrated guide annotated by the Imperial scholar, Flaccus Terentius
- Digital Content
- Play as an Imperial for any alliance – Appears to be the only way to play as an imperial
- White Imperial Horse
- Mudcrab vanity Pet
- Rings of Mara

NIS America have a large niche fan-base and now one of their newest localization is up to pre-order at the NIS America Online Store. The Limited Edition of The Witch and the Hundred Knight is available exclusively for the PlayStation 3 and priced at $74.99 USD.
As most loyal customers already know there will be no reprinting or remanufacturing so “sold out” actually means “sold out” and if you want to secure a copy you better hurry up as these tend to sell pretty fast.
The Limited Edition of The Witch and the Hundred Knight comes in a collector’s box and contains the following:
- PS3 game with reversible front cover
- Full color, hardcover art book
- 2-disc original soundtrack with jewel case
Alongside you will also receive a Metallia Nendoroid Petite figure in a separate box.
The game is scheduled for release on March 25th, 2014.

Today Square Enix has announced the Collector’s Edition of, the last game set in the Final Fantasy XIII universe, Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.
The game will only be available on what’s just become the last generation, in written words PS3 & Xbox 360, and is hitting stores on Febraury 11th, 2014 in North America and only two days later February 14th, 2014 in Europe.
The Collector’s Edition of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is available exclusively through the Square Enix Online Store for $89.99 USD (~ €65 EUR) and contains the following:
- Premium packaging featuring artwork from the Japan release
- 80 page hardcover artbook containing Tetsuya Nomura’s original sketches of Lightning, a foreword from art director Isamu Kamikokuryo, and concept art from Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII
- Silver embossed pocket watch
- DLC code for Final Fantasy VII’s Aerith Gainsborough’s “Midgar’s Flower Girl” outfit
So far the Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII Collector’s Edition is only confirmed for America. No details yet on availability in Europe or Australasia.
