I did try to get extra posters but I lack a certain finesse and probably came across as greedy.

I did inform the devs that they have crazy fans in Europe and Australia and should hold events like this there as well :D

They handed out a special cover insert that they signed but I also got them to sign the standard cover insert as well :twisted:

Not entirely sure it was worth the effort involved though but who needs sleep? :shrug:

far? the studio is one street over :P, i went to uni in the same building..
sure its the australian syndicate of irrational but they worked on some of the levels for the game.

If it makes you feel any better, I mentioned to the Devs at the San Fransisco event that they had quote on quote "crazy" fans in Europe and Australia and needed events like this there as well

Duke Nukem Forever BOS Arrived Today. It's Smaller Than I Thought It Would Be. That's A Good Thing Because Looking At Everyone's Collection, I Can See That Some CE/LE/SE Boxes/Tins Are Either Big Or Unneccessarily HUGE:whew:

This is something I really hate...quality is not about size. I would really appreciate if they would shrink that AC Black Chest by more of half. Where the hell are we supposed to store that thing? We could use it as a table if it would be out of real wood, but I highly doubt.

I would if i wasnt scared of it being damaged :( tin is fragile.. I have and old DK lunchbox/cooler i like, i live off powder and frozen meals anyway

If i find HDN figures i will store those in it

That'd be cool to use it for - I know what you mean about protecting it but often seems a shame to me we don't use more of the stuff we have - why I like your museum dream. :)

Id still have the merch locked up but atleast people could enjoy and play the games, and see what came with them.. Most collectors dont want strangers in thier houses looking at thier stuff and playing thier snes lol

Yeah, I'm skint now though since the money came out for the Avenger Phase 1 Box set.

Will have to see in a couple of weeks, or may just settle for Premium Ed as I don't really have the room for large CEs now! :(

Little update - Witcher collection complete until the Witcher 3 - inludes the Polish version of the Witcher 1 and a Special Edition version with figure.

Most Assassin Creed items for the PC...

And a mixture of Stalker Collectors versions from Poland/Russia (I have the Gas Mask Metro 2033 from Poland but am unable to display it at the moment.

The steel should be fine. The box that it all comes in is really sturdy, so at most you would get a little crushing or dented corners to the main box. Steel will be fine! :D

I got Luigi's Mansion 2 the other week from GAME UK and it came with a pre-order Boo Stress Ball, which was nice. Anyway, the Nintendo email News letter dropped in my inbox last night and was advertising Luigi's Mansion 2 and I noticed on there it said, "It Glows in the dark" with arrows pointing to the game case. Apparently the glow in the dark sleeve is while stocks last, so is maybe a first print run? :D

Enjoyed it quite a bit even if it wasn't as well developed as other shooters in terms of the in-game world the actual fighting/shooting was top notch

gamestop resi 6 bundle turned up, it does not come in a shoddy no hope left slip like on release but everything is there number plate, usb, hoodie etc

yeah no slip or anything and they only used one piece of tape to seal box 8D all content was mint though and after mate picks up game hoodie, number late and usb for 17 gbp not bad at all

Got my Mexican Army of Two steels today and they are stunning!

Shame about the lack of interior art as I am loving the quality of artwork on the exterior... Two of the, have black reverses so quality in the long run could be a bit of an issue though at least they are gloss not matt....

Nice, that blue version of Claptrap looks so much better than the original yellow one. I will probably buy it too someday. Does he often fall from a base or it's stable? Because it was quite a problem with the yellow one.

It stable as there a stick for u to connect to the back of the clap trap and the base, so it hold the claptrap there

Lol! Contrary to popular belief it uploaded like that first then I rotated it in photobucket and it was ok after that now for some reason it's gone back to this.... Spooks in the machine...

Top left is my favourite too - hard to describe what I mean but the artwork is really vibrant :thumb:

Here is the new Press Kit for Infinite I just got! It's technically not a CE but I wanted to show it off ;)

It is official and is from Take-Two Interactive Germany (for anyone who does not know Take-Two owns 2K and Irrational Games).

It is complete and everything inside is sealed (unfortunately I bought another sealed 360 Promo Disc to sell and it seems to have fallen through and now i have to tell the buyer i sold it to because I can't use this one in place of it... anyways):

Yeah, me and my GF decided we would get one of the CEs each and she decided on the Will of Fire Ed and I was gonna get the True Despair, but it was better value for me to get the Club Namco Bundle than to get the True Despair as Zavvi wanted 80GBP for it! >.< Had I known the game was region locked, I night have just gone for the True Despair.

Just order Aliens Colonial Marines.. Fought it was low enough, at don't wanna wait anymore before it get lower :) Just got it for the content :) Will take the game straigth to GameStop for instore cash :p And will then use that cash to buy the AC IV figurine from ubisoft when it come out :) This way it is cheaper for me to get both things :P
