It is an opinion, I liked AC2 a LOT, but it went downhill since then. I am hoping Black Flag brings it back to AC2 levels.

I can only envision that CE going down in value just as every rockstar CE does

It's a numbers game in my opinion and even though it did sell out for the most part (haven't looked everywhere)

It was sold in too many regions and in two seperate CE's (one of which was pretty much just the steelbook)

I see no reason to think it won't behave like the usual CE's do

There is not enough evidence to believe it is that limited

Likely in the 10's of thousands if not more for both CE's combined

The flag badge is really low quality In person
And the buckle is not what I was expecting and I wonder if its the same as the one inside the gauntlet /hidden blade replica aswell

A few members have seen those very close... It was an Aus charity auction - 9 sets of AC stuff over 9 weeks - the chests were individually numbered :)

Turns out the chest - which was the main bit we all lusted after - was a pretty cheap to obtain standard leather chest embossed with the AC3 logo and the chest number :sorry:

Probably should have worded it differently, my bad!
My goal isn't to buy every single games for these consoles.
That was why I said "my" collection, but I realize it can be misleading! I only buy things I intend to play (so I don't buy for the sake of collecting, I guess), in this case, pretty much all RPGs. I'm not sure how familiar you are with the Saturn (namely the NA games), but even though it's not "a lot" of games, getting the RPGs in mint condition CAN be a pain. Mostly due to low production runs and because of those boxes (easily scratched and broken, sadly). As such, some are harder to come by, and expensive whenever they pop up mint. Their Japanese and EU counterparts are usually easier to get and cheaper (or sometimes MUCH cheaper). But oh well, it's worth it in the end. Sorry again for the confusion! Would be awesome to see a full NA Saturn/CD Collection, but too many games I would never ever play!

Yeah, it is a nice bundle. ^o^ Was holding off getting a Wii U and hoping for a Zelda bundle. :D Glad I waited. Plus the Wind Waker HD remake is awesome. :D

As said above, the pokeballs are empty. They can hold 3 DS/3DS cards. They also have a little black stand which is branded with pokemon X and Y. :D

It's never too late to play them. lol I couldn't get into ME1 right away if I'm honest. Bought it pre-owned after about 12 months of it being out and never took to it. Then GAME had ME2 on sale for 5 quid brand new about 12 months after it came out, so I bit. started playing ME2 and was enjoying it, and wondered why I didn't enjoy number 1, so went back to it. Got hooked and bam, started buying loads of ME Merch!!! XD

Definitely worth giving it another go. :D

I got this for attending the Playstation Asia B2S Trial Event in Singapore, actually got a voucher to collect it at their head office. Not many people bothered to made the trip down on another day during office hours so it might be pretty rare.

It was a Point of Sale item. The store staff had already opened all the packs that they came in and threw them out and just had the flags out on the counter by their figure. I spotted this one sticking out of a box behind the counter and asked what it was and they let me have it. :D They don't have anymore complete ones. :S

With a delay this be on Watch Dogs there must have been a huge issue. It would have been ready in a month and sent to go gold, so like Bioshock Infinite and TLOU it was something fairly big they wanted to fix/change.

Funny thing is it is not good in just this instance... delays are almost always good as it is always better to give devs more time to make a game better. The only people who would disagree are over entitled consumers who always want things "NOW!".

Yep its a canvas print
There are 3 designs
One like the standard game case art with one tomahawk in the air about to strike
One a bit like the Alex Ross steel book but the colours are not as vibrant and the flag is facing the other way
And this one of Washington crossing the Delaware (my favourite) the other 2 are no longer available but I may be able to get hold of a couple of each

I think you are correct, there was something very wrong
But not with watch_dogs, more like there was something very wrong with ac4bf and that game could not be delayed, so they pooled all the watch_dogz guys onto ac to get at least on game out this holiday season

i completely understand what your getting t, that one quarter massive profits doesn't looks as good on paper as two quarters big profits

It is not the system so much as how it is being used (or not used). Lobbyist from the richest and most powerful companies and groups get things they want... that is how it is but not how it is supposed to be.

As much as I agree (or want to), I believe it wasn't really anything wrong with the games.

I believe it was basically down to profit. By releasing too many titles too close to each other, they cannibalize their own sales, specially heading into the holiday season. They don't want people choosing between AC4 or WD, they rather people own both.

I'm pretty sure I could be completely wrong, but looking at it from a business POV and even taking the stock holders into account; it would seem like a smart business decision.

Of course delaying AC4 WOULD NOT be even an option as that is already established and would hurt sales more than anything.

All the previews i read said the game had LOADS of bugs and glitches still to be fixed and with a release in less than two months some previewers even predicted a delay
