are you sure you will be able to play it?..due to firmware updates, and EA Not having in servers dedicated to this game, plus if you did get on-line with it, or did manage to load the game up without a patch update warning from the EA servers, then maybe they'd attempt to "shut it down"..as techinically to EA it was NEVER meant for public consumption and it is intellectual property that they want to keep private and full ownership rights, they may say you "stole" it..or may say it's infringement on their property..just say'in..you don't have to listen to me..;).hahahaha

It's a PAL version, trust me. It does have a french description on the back though for some weird reason.

It really seems like a stealth release here in AUS (unlike those exclusive EB Games CEs). I was not even aware of it until I saw a listing on GAME AU for it.

As far as I know, only a few places are selling it (and GAME AU has sold out). Two listings below I can confirm are selling the PAL version.

Just to confirm as well, these are PAL versions. I saw them at the JB stores, I was write shocked to them here as I got the US version with 12 other figurines. I wasn't expecting this version to come our here, might just grab another if price sops over xmas.

It's illegal to sell items without the Aussie ratings stickers, so there have been imported form Europe cheaper and sold here

It wasn't much more than the cost of grading plus the cost of the game, if I'm figuring right (as because the game's box is so darn big, it requires a custom case, and I wanna say he spent a bit over $100 to get it graded because of that). Plus, he was willing to work out a payment plan for me :) .

I'd say based on the statue it is, at first I was worried as Skyrim was £130 and that statue, whilst highly detailed, was very cheap (well, the base was) but overall, that edition was fantastic, but this one is definitely worth it (IMO) and I've not even played the game yet! xx

Not just for the statue btw, the entire edition is awesome, the steelbook (which is actually not a steelbook, more a steelcase? Non official steelbook type steelbook?) is gorgeous, and the book looks really good, and the little key thing (it keeps your unique ID safe) is pretty cool too xx

A mint sealed one is worth atleast £80 GBP. A one with damage to the seal is worth £55-£70 depending on damage.

Crisis Core's value sways a bit. I've seen them go for £40 and then £80 (rarely). One on eBay right now for £150 though. It's worth whatever someone wants to pay, I guess.

This fantastic CE for the Dreamcast came in today. It was sealed, but I obviously had to open it up. It's the CE for Cardcaptor Sakura: Tomoyo's Video War (Tomoyo no Video Taisakusen). It's filled with nice things. The plate is actually porcelain and not cheap plastic. Was quite pleased! I had the regular copy of this game, but when I saw this box, I just KNEW I had to get it. No regrets!

You can always contact the seller and ask. They'll let you know.
If something is used and I'm not sure of the content, I don't buy it right away, I just ask the seller to confirm that everything is in the box.

It was expensive considering it comes with both platinum games: 50 euros. Right now it's very scarce and soon it will be impossible to find. There weren't that many around and it was an excellent opportunity for those who didn't have the two games or just got a PS3. As you can imagine it was targeted by many usual gamers. It lasted for a while in the shelves and I was reluctant to buy it... until it suddenly vanished, just like that. Many stores had a few copies, and suddenly it disappeared from my local stores, just like that... *poof*. Right now only very few stores around the country still have one copy, it's nearly sold out. This edition is no big deal, that's why I waited so long to get it but recently I started to think I wouldn't be able to get a copy... I said I was going to get a sealed copy of every single edition that comes fully in Portuguese, either the game or the box/package, so I had to get this.

This I think translates from young person into the widely know fact the game balancing is not great due to the silly boss battles dotted throughout. For the sake of time I think I may actually take note of his advice, despite being a stealth player by nature. :snipe:

I went into gamestation to pre-order Kingdom of Amular and when talking I said I ordered Final Fantasy Xiii-2 from their website but as i didnt pre-order I didn't get the steelbook and did they have any left?

They did but wouldn't sell them to me but said if I pre-ordered Kingdom of Amular with the £5 deposit they would give me one so i did and then was cheeky and asked for a 2nd if I Pre-ordered Darkness 2 and they let me have 2

Just got home and noticed they are both for PS3 so i cant use the DLC code as have the game on Xbox so if anyone has an Xbox 360 version they dont need the DLC code for or want to swap for the PS3 DLC code please let me know.

Now to the meat and taters of the story. We begin to look at the movies, even saw some VHS tapes. I'm sorry if some of you young'ns don't know what those are.

I came across the video games. Nothing really popped out at me, saw Chrono Trigger for the DS, black label God of War 3 and also a black label Heavy Rain too.

The first hidden jewel I came across was an Oblivion collector's edition. Missing the coin sadly, but everything else is surprisingly mint. The discs are in great shape and the box has normal wear etc.

Then I saw it - Mass Effect 2 Collector's edition. I tried to mask my enthusiasm as I asked to see it. It had a $20 price sticker on it. I was being waited on by a friend of ours who worked there, and he said don't mind that $20 tag. I will let you get it for $10 he said. Now I could have got it for about $7 or $8 but did not want to press my luck.

The box has very little wear but does show signs of normal usage. The one disk I inspected had a single scuff mark on it that could be took out easily, with not scratches to be found thankfully.

Now my favorite part of the set: the steelbook. It is in excellent shape. I would rate it a strong 8/10. It does show a few signs of wear etc on the back but that's it.

I did not check to see if the code worked or not, but overall condition wise I would rate it at about 80 to 85% mint in terms of what I inspected.

Needless to say I thought AI got quite a bargain as I snagged both game for only $20. :D

I left a happy gamer, my wife left feeling more secrure and my daughter had score a couple of kiddie DVD's.

I know of a flea market the next state over that has a booth that sells all types of games. Going to go there soon and see what all he has that would be worth getting.

EB was advertising something slightly different to all UK/EU and JB/GAME LE versions, but come release day they actually had what everyone else had released!

It seems like the e-Capcom artbook has some pics from the AU bonus art book. Obvious differences are the sizes where the AU version is about a comic book size though doesn't have many pages, the e-Capcom art book is unfortunately one of those mini-size art book :S Though it includes pictures of the people involved in the production of the game, compared to the AU version where you'll just have info on the characters and concept art works as well. Of course, having both would be the best of both worlds ;)

Yup it's shrink wrapped. I think this was only available through NISA site. I received it last Friday so it took slightly over a week to reach me. Really fast and it was packed in a sturdy box too. Thumbs up for NISA. :clap:

Awesome! <3 I didn't know they offered the Bobble Budds elsewhere other than the Capcom Store. But this is way better! Probably even better than the standard release Special Edition available for US/EU/PAL regions :)

We have lots of these here. Everything about this CE is great and I especially like the OST case. I wish all soundtracks came in cases like this one.

The only down-side of this CE for me is the outer box material. I wish it was more sturdy and not flimsy like Dark Souls PAL :(
Everything else is superb though! ^_^

I'm unemployed now (hopefully, not forever in Sydney) but I noticed this Saints Row Initiation Pack advertised locally on gumtree and for $50AUD, why not?

It's used but in pretty much as good condition as I could ever get it considering it was released back in 2008. The game has been opened but the other contents however were never used, including the jersey (which I smelt to verify).
