oh okay, maybe it was good you waited then. I hear the most recent patch helped a bit with a lot of the bugs/technical issues in the game. Still rough around the edges though. Hoping they get the series back on track with the next game in the series...which stars mags/coma's/lowly's ancestors. 1/10

Yeah, I saw patch 4 will be released lately. Also they are giving out free game to season pass holder. DR sent me the season pass for the late shipment... I really hope DR do this kind of thing more in the future

It shows that the far cry departments and far cry sub division employees can do there job, but the ac sub divisions well, they can do there job too but not in the time frame they was given, I don't hold anything against the actually developers, I blame it all in the higher management pushing for timed release windows

I've got the WHOLE day off to myself! :woohoo: I WAS waiting til I got a bunch of my other retro things from storage so I could show off entire series collections all at once, but seeing as how I've got no time to go digging for the last remnants of my old collection, it'll probably be put on the proverbial "to-do" list (that doesn't get done). Erm, it does seem that this set is included in the press kit, but the PK also comes with another box which looks like it might contain some kind of clothing. Doronf1 was selling the press kit before. There's a pic in his thread.

Lol I get what you mean! XD $40 is still a good price on a new release though. Works out to be about £25~, which is a good saving on a £40 RRP. I'm not fussed with the promo copies retaining value or not as I rarely sell or trade my games anyway, so it matters not to me. :D

Nice. I picked up two of these in the past month, unfortunately the "mint" one was the one that ended up getting lost in the mail "recovery center", the one I ended up with has the most important part (IMO) damaged which is the "Zelda" logo on the front :( Yours looks superb though! In this instance no. :P Had it come with Plain White faceplates on a standard White console, with the exclusive faceplates being bundled separately, then yes, I would have effectively bought a "white 3DS" as you put it, but it didn't. :P

Rosalina is a going to be a nightmare over here in the states. Its pretty much the scalper's "golden goose" here. People are going to be lining up at Targets everywhere to get these. I REALLY hope they limit them 1/customer over here, but unlikely. Yeah the New 3DS is gorgeous. :D The Ambassador edition is the white console, but comes with an exclusive set of faceplates that are limited to that bundle and Nintendo have stated that they won't be available to purchase outside of that bundle. The standard white console will come with plain white faceplates instead of the Nintendo branded ones.

It would be cheaper to wait for the official release of the console as you won't be required to buy the charging cradle that is included in this bundle and you won't be required to purchase the Smash Bros faceplate which is what would have put the price at what it is now.

I guess it all depends whether you want the limited bundle and have the money now or whether you are indifferent and can wait. I wanted the limited bundle and am likely to wait and purchase another console to use later this year. :D Am debating whether to get an XL model to use or a standard model. I do like the idea of the customization of the smaller console.

Tough choices. :S

I'm in almost the EXACT same situation - wanted the DQ PS4, saw the 20th anniversary one and drooled, will NOT spend beyond MSRP for one though, so now looking back at the DQ one. Is it a Japan only console? And are they basically region-free? I haven't played a Sony console since my PS2 (or PSP), so not sure. Congrats again though! Looks gorgeous!

Yeah the DQ console is Japan only. Yeah it is region free to an extent. Games are region free as they were with the PS3 and PSP, but it's region A for Blu-Ray movies. Not that I intend to use it for Blu-Ray movies, so that didn't matter. Lol I have plenty of devices to play Blu-Rays on! XD Also because it's a Jap console the "X" and "O" functions are backwards. Lol remember that taking me a while to get used to with my PSP! XD Anyway,Cost me just a little over £400 in total with shipping. Thankfully it dodged import tax and duties, so that was nice! ^^

Just gotta decide what to do with the game download code, since I can't read Japanese, it's not much use to me! >.< Where do you think would be the best place to sell a Japanese PSN download code? 0.o

Also, the console is gorgeous! ^^ Unfortunately my pics don't do it justice... :(

Lol thanks! ^^ I'm enjoying playing it atm. :D I think my Xbox would remain my predominant console for most titles and my PS4 would be for exclusives. It was the same for the PS3 last ten. Lol The PS4 has some great looking exclusives coming out this year, so I'm pretty psyched for it. :D

I would recommend buying one of these DQ Edition consoles. :D I like that it has a completely matte finish, so no fear of fingerprints and scratches that are always an issue with gloss finish consoles! >.< I guess it all depends on whether you just want a PS4, or if you want a PS4 that's good looking too!! XD

Thanks! That one was actually what I thought was kind of expensive because I had to buy 2 and only needed one. The were bout $8 per + shipping. There were cheaper styles but I liked this one with the heavy and thick base on it.

Yeah. I open all my CEs and such too (when I get around to it), but not my amiibo (yet). I like the packaging too much so if I need to use them I just cut the bottom and pull out the foil thingy with needle nose pliers. Yeah they are sweeter then regular sponge cake for sure. Not sure about things being sweeter here, do not know. I know a few people who say that chocolate is sweeter in UK chocolate (Cadbury) but I did not taste a difference (I think it is all in their heads... they have the theory due to UK being the home of the company).

The only real difference is that this one is not numbered at all. I did not have a retail one to compare it to but I bet they are basically the exact same except the number. But the fact it is unnumbered and avery one sold was numbered makes it really rare.

Yeah, I got the CE and the MM N3DSXL, just upset at NOA cuz our LE console doesn't come with the game (not a voucher, not pre-installed, not a cartridge, nothing). Makes me sad.

I ordered both online though so have to wait for their arrival :(
